Great location - walking distance to Penn Station, easy to access Newark airport. Great value - super comfy bed, spacious with private bathroom
Areas for improvement:
I messaged the property to ask about airport shuttle but didn’t hear back from them.

Great location, very clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Room service does a great job.
Areas for improvement:
Front desk staff were a bit rude and dismissive, engaging in their own conversations and making guests wait.

Great location. Quick walk to the Prudential Center and New Jersey Transit. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.
Areas for improvement:
The bathroom made a noice in the ventilation so we had to close the door at night. It was also very cold in the bathroom. The only place to get ice was the first floor.
